ConstructEst Pro, operated by Tpc Construction inc, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the address listed in your account. Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within a few business days after approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period — no further charges will be made. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; request one within the 30-day window if you would like your last payment refunded.

Free plan

The free plan does not involve payment, so refunds do not apply. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
